Welcome

Welcome to our class blog. This blog will become an important source of information for you and your  child over the course of the year.

First and foremost it will be used as a way to share with you the things that are going on within our classroom. As a parent myself, I know that when asked what kids have done at school, the most common responses are "nothing" or "I don't know". Well, I can promise you that we do a lot more than "nothing" at school each day. The class blog will allow you to see some of the things that go on during our days, and therefore provide you with a springboard for a conversation with your child. New posts will happen anywhere from one to five times a week, depending on our activities and our time.

As well, the blog will be the location you can check on for important dates and links to the world wide web that may be of interest to your child.

Please be sure to sign up for email alerts (in the top right hand corner). Save the sight as a favourite or simply visit the school website and on the staff list click on the link beside my name.
