For a short week, we have packed in a lot!!!!

Check out the pictures below of our cool and warm art projects. We are getting lots of compliments on them. 

Adding, adding, adding. We have done lots of math work this week about adding multi-digit numbers. Next week we get to solve problems that WE have made for the class. 

Thanks to a great library book of Carson's we have started into an inquiry on bridges. We have learned some basic facts, are starting to research specific bridges, and have made plans for a bridge "expert" to come in next week to talk to us. 

Today we were jumping out of a bus. Yes that is correct...jumping. It was our annual bus safety practice. 

We came up with 25 different genres that we can pick to write. Genres are the HOW of writing. For example, poem, recipe, song lyrics, biography etc.
